Chad M. Brock
Chad Brock represents insureds and insurance carriers in lawsuits involving general liability, automobile liability, uninsured motorist coverage, homeowners’ insurance, and bad faith insurance claims.
Prior to joining Kendall | Mandell, Mr. Brock served as staff attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia from 2012 – 2014, where he litigated high profile cases involving complex constitutional issues in state and federal court. Between 2014 – 2016, Mr. Brock served as an attorney-adviser for the Atlanta Regional Office of the Social Security Administration, where he provided legal assistance to agency management on labor and employment matters. In addition, Mr. Brock reviewed appeals requests filed by claimants who were denied disability benefits, and drafted final disability determinations on behalf of the agency’s administrative law judges.
