Chris Kendall represents insureds and insurance carriers in lawsuits involving general liability, automobile liability, uninsured motorist coverage, homeowners’ insurance, and bad faith insurance claims.
While attending Mercer Law School, Mr. Kendall served as an active member on the Mercer Law Review. Mr. Kendall published his own article in the 71st issue of the Mercer Law Review where he reflected on the impact that the rise of e-scooters could have on contract law. Mr. Kendall also served as an active member in the legal honor society Phi Delta Phi.
